Ingredients
pot of aromatic peas with perks
1 onion, chopped
1 sweet potato, cubed
1 small cauliflower, broken into florets
1 400ml can coconut milk
2 tblsp curry paste
Method
- Put all the ingredients in a slow-cooker. Season with salt & pepper.
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- Serve with rice or bulgar wheat.
